Not sure it’s gunnera. We have some out by the little playhouse, and it manages to look like something leftover from Jurassic Park each summer.

Yes, the sun is shining in Scotland, and they are ice-skating in hell.
Last week we were on Skye and—I swear I’m not making this up—I got a sunburn. I’m pretty sure I was still in Scotland, though, because the midges were also doing their best to consume my ears.
