Or does it just taste that way?
Purely in the name of scientific research, I’ve recently been investigating.
Our research continues.
Pass the antacid and please excuse the burps. This is for science, people.

Holy crap Barb, you could feed a small nation on that food! I want to see the mouth that could wrap itself around that club sandwich. 😳 Too bad nobody in Washington has a brain the size of that blueberry pancake!!

As someone who’s from that OTHER Washington, I’m going to just claim a blueberry pancake-sized brain!

I’ve made blueberry pancakes and I thought they were supposed to be the size of a small hand. It shows how mistaken you can be about foreign food.

Hey, I’m FROM that foreign land and I always thought just the same thing. (A small hand size at that!)

In that case, I’ll make them the same way when I’ve got blueberries next year. That’s a bit of a relief.

Yeah, but then there’s the English / Scottish / Whatever else British breakfast to weigh against all that.

Ellen—Baked beans and haggis. For breakfast. I’m thinking that explains a lot about stiff upper lips.

Good work Barb! You tested this so we don’t all have to. We all really appreciate your effort and dedication to research!
Also, is that dessert supposed to be for a whole family?

Yup. We use turkey platters to serve meals here in the USA. I don’t advocate it, but that’s what we do. When I give my patients weight loss tips I suggest they stay out of restaurants and use a dessert plate for meals. Works every time.

Maybe they should put that on the menus. (Like those terrifying pictures of lung cancer on the cigarettes).

Yes! They should have a warning. This platter of food could cause obesity, cancer, diabetes, and tooth decay!
