I love all your pictures – they’re great! And I do like coconuts – when we lived in the Bahamas we had coconuts at all stages. The soft jelly make wonderful ice cream.

I wish I could provide it, but the ice cream was made by a native Bahamian, the wife of the local lighthouse keeper. I watched her but it was long ago. And I’ve never seen a recipe for it. :( :(

like that idea! ! turns out we had a lovely couple stay here from oban and also my first trip in ’87 i met a couple as well -that makes three scots groups ( well youre a pretender to the throne. like me in india! )
