A Wife, My Verse, and Every Little Thing
Nowadays, my doggies are homebodies, but I once had a doggie that would go everywhere with me. We were inseparable. She was leashless, in that I knew she would not run off. She would never stray more than a few feet from me. I never worried about her getting out of my sight, she made sure that I never got out of hers. I had an old ’65 Chevy pickup while I had her and she would sit in the seat human style.

My dog loves travel (car esp!) so much I sometimes wonder why I’m bothering with a mortgage…

Now that is a juicy ride for the dog. And of course, the outside air is a smorgasbord for them!

That is one very lucky dog, indeed. I lived in Scotland for many years and somehow never managed to get to Arran, something which I really regret.

I know I’m just a teensy bit prejudiced, but I think Arran is paradise. (Okay, a rainy paradise that only gets really warm about four times a year…) If you ever do come over, please let me know.
