Booo! indeed. What a nasty, scary trick! I was scrolling down some nice pictures of the fake Living Dead and then came a reality scarier than any movie ever made… Makes my spine tingle with dread thinking of all of those Trump Zombies stumbling into the polls come election day…

There was a forgettable 1990 remake whose only claim to fame as far as I could tell was that it was shot in color.
