Recipe for Lockdown Lemonade
Take 1 pandemic, curve lightly flattened.

1. Add one delivery of gorgeous volunteer-made facemasks.
2. Carefully unpack a not-quite-intact parcel bursting with stylish fabric offcuts for making facemasks, donated by Dudiedog Bandanas.
3. Season to perfection with one surprise bouquet of spring flowers from your neighbor, left in a jelly jar on your doorstep.
Best served on a sunny spring day on a small island off Scotland.
How lovely… 😀 Good to see everything is still beautiful on Arran x

Talk about your soft-landings! I can’t think of any other place I’d rather shelter-in-place!

Well done, Barb, on your face mask making. We are going to have to wear these too. I love the flowers.

Nobody loves the masks, but it’s scary how quickly you forget you’re wearing it.

I had to wear one today. It was a medical one so it had the bendy metal piece which you can mould around your nose and eyes. That does make it a bit better.

Sounds good. Add a generous dash of alcohol to make it great!

It was Cinco de Mayo, but we couldn’t get tequilla or even the beer with the virus name… Had to make do with the very fine Arran Red Squirrel Ale.
