Very inventive, Barb! I’m half-Welsh and retired in Spain, and St. Patrick’s Day celebrations have grown in popularity over the years here too. Attended a jolly one a few years ago, but the legs protest now they’re older…Certainly ‘watched the lot’ in the past and must congratulate the Spaniards on their fabulous presentations. The Moors and Christians one is a cracker too. .. (A fav, Irish saying when hurrying anywhere, “If you went any faster, you’d meet yourself coming back…”) All power to you, Barb. Keep well. Cheers.

I love this!! Dusk would round up and drive those snakes out or Ireland no problem and probably bring them to the Isle of Arran! (but only if the ferries were running) Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!

It is slightly possible that my Irish great-grandmother left a wee drop of blarney in me… 😄 That side of the gene pool is Welsh, Scottish, and Irish which means that I’m a bit of a mutt. 🤣

What a talented dog! I’m not Irish (12% Scottish) but it’s all Gaelic. Happy St. Patrick’s Day! We are feasting on corned beef, colcannon, parsnips and Irish soda bread, with, of course, a Guinness chocolate cake for dessert!
